King Properties traces its roots back to the late 1950s, when Mr. Juanito I. King strategically invested earnings from successful business ventures into real estate. Over time, his persistence and vision bore fruit, leading to the formal establishment of Juanito King & Sons, Inc. in January 1979, in partnership with his sons Robin, Ricardo, Luis, and Mario. Following the successful development of Villa Solana in Talisay and Villa Solana in Consolacion, the company launched its real estate arm, King Properties, in December 2011. Today, the third generation of family leadership — Jason A. King and Kenneth Raymund H. King — continues to drive the company's expansion, supported by the experience of the second generation.
